Meet Vinni: The Future of Surgical Care
Vinni is the nickname for the cutting-edge robotic-assisted surgical system
we’re working to bring to Kelowna General Hospital.
Vinni doesn’t replace our surgeons—it helps them. Using magnified 3d visualization
and wristed instruments with a 360-degree range of motion, Vinni allows for
ultra-precise movements even in the most delicate procedures.
Our community is growing, and with it, the demand for complex surgical care. Without this technology, some patients are forced to travel outside the region or wait longer for care.
